COVID-19 UPDATES

The world is feeling the impact of Covid-19. First, we'd like to send our thoughts to those who are hurting in health, financially, or feeling isolated. These are trying times, but you are not alone.

As you probably know, we have global operations in some of the hardest-hit countries. At this time our highest priority is the well-being and support of our customers, partners, colleagues, suppliers, and ateliers.

Depends, as the situation varies per store. We recommend you check with your personal advisor and/or our dedicated customer support team to see which stores are accepting fittings. Most personal advisors are available remotely and can help you find the best solution in the coming weeks.
Will my current order be delivered in time?
Most of the orders in production are unaffected, nevertheless as the situation varies per store please check in with your personal advisor and/or our dedicated customer support team to provide you with the current status of your order.
Are stores and affiliate stores still open?

Is it possible to order new items?
