We have a private place to shop online, exclusive only to clients. Just like our in-store experience, the online private store lets you browse our entire range of fabrics and explore all the design options possible. You can easily select, order online, reorder your favorites, and more.
As soon as you’re in touch with a style advisor, you’ll be able to access your private store. Head to my.ateliermunro.com to log in. If it’s your first time – or you’re not sure if you have an account yet – choose ‘Request a password’. From there you will receive a link to your email address to choose a password. Once you’re all set up, log in to your private store.
Your wardrobe is a personal dashboard where you can find everything you need to start creating with Atelier Munro. Access your account details, easily find the contact details of your style advisor, and view your appointments. Any favorites you add to your wishlist can be found here too. In ‘My items’ you can view your ordered garments and see the status of your orders along with the expected delivery date.
Excited to start creating? Get inspired by the products and looks in your private store. If you like what you see, choose to ‘Buy the item as shown’. If you love the fabric but have design options from a previous order you’d prefer, select ‘Same as before’. If you’d like to design your item from scratch, you can choose to ‘Customize’. Once you’ve finished, you can add the item to your shopping bag and head to the checkout.
You can easily reorder your favorite items online too. Head to ‘My items’ to find the item you love. Select ‘Buy again’ to order the exact same as last time or choose ‘Buy with changes’ if you want to order the same item in a different fabric or play with your design options. After that, you can add the item to your shopping bag and check out as usual.
Once you’ve completed an order, your style advisor will double check your item and if needed reach out to offer advice on your chosen design options. Then we will link your personal FitProfile and process your order. Haven’t been measured yet? We will get in touch to organize a fitting appointment. Once your item is ready, your style advisor will let you know when it can be picked up in store or delivered to your home.

The length of time required for an appointment will depend on the kind of appointment you need. Please tell us the reason for your booking.
Our average delivery time is 4 weeks. For grooms, we recommend coming by at least 8 weeks before to give you enough time to decide, have your garments made, and wear them in before the big day.
