For those of you heading away this summer, not to worry. You’ll still be able to order your Atelier Munro. If you’ve shopped with us before, you’ve probably discovered our private store. Just like our in-store experience, this online store lets you browse our entire range of fabrics and explore all the design options possible – from wherever you please. Here’s our quick guide to easily creating new styles and reordering old favorites.
Get your login
As soon as you’re in touch with a style advisor, you can access your private store: my.ateliermunro.com. If you’re new, simply choose ‘request a password’ to receive a link in your mailbox.
Explore your wardrobe
You’ll first land in ‘My wardrobe’. It’s a personal dashboard where you can find everything you need to start creating with us. This is where you can contact your style advisor for advice or view favorites you’ve added to your wishlist.
Create something new
If you’ve got something in your wishlist, start there. Otherwise, we recommend heading to ‘Get inspired’ or ‘Clothing’ to explore the style inspiration. Find a piece you love and ‘Buy it as shown’ or start ‘Customizing’.
Reorder a favorite
Want to order something again? You can easily reorder items by heading to ‘My items’ and selecting ‘Buy again’.
You can also get a previous item with adjustments by selecting ‘Buy with changes’, then play with the fabrics or design options. Add the item to your shopping bag and check out as usual.
Get advice & your item
Once you’re done, your style advisor will double check your order and reach out to you with advice if needed. If you haven’t been measured yet, we’ll get in touch to organize a fitting appointment at your nearest store.
Once your order is all good to go, it’ll appear in your ‘My items’ with the delivery status. Your style advisor will let you know when it’s ready. If there’s no store nearby, simply let them know the address of your beachside villa or countryside chateau and it’ll arrive in no time.

The length of time required for an appointment will depend on the kind of appointment you need. Please tell us the reason for your booking.
Our average delivery time is 4 weeks. For grooms, we recommend coming by at least 8 weeks before to give you enough time to decide, have your garments made, and wear them in before the big day.
