DJ Vanacker, mixologist at Mademoiselle and MARBL in Toronto, created these recipes specially for our Atelier Munro House opening – but as we can attest they will impress at any event.
All four cocktails were inspired by and feature Venti Amaro. Only available in selected stores, we chose it on the recommendation of AM House Toronto style advisor Domenic who had a hook up for the stuff in Canada. It’s the only botanical bitters completely sourced from Italy, created by combining the most popular ingredient from each of the country’s 20 regions into one beautiful concoction. It’s a modern interpretation of classic bitters, created with traditional liqueur methods. Sounds delicious, right? Get yourself a bottle, a shaker, something to stir with, and enjoy.
