Why you shouldn’t wait to order your festive wear this year

It may seem far away, but the holidays will be here before you know it – and this year promises to be big. After the last few years of abandoned plans and quiet get-togethers, the world has some catching up to do. The demand on festive wear is expected to be high. Like the champagne shortage last year, we recommend getting in early to ensure you don’t miss out.

Luckily we’re ready to go with a new release of holiday-approved styles. For the traditionally inclined, we have plenty of elegant three-pieces and (as always) the classic black tux. The daring can play with velvet tuxedo jackets and plain toe loafers in bold hues or other modern takes on formal.

Not sure what you want to create yet? We’ve put together some of our favorite looks created lately for formal events. For the Toronto International Film Festival: Canadian Director Clement Virgo wore a black tux with shawl lapel, while Radio Host Devo Brown opted for an aubergine velvet tuxedo jacket. A little closer to home at the Netherlands Film Festival, Dutch Director Theu Boermans looked suave in a black two-piece with a peak lapel.
