In this last issue of 2023, we get ready for the festive season ahead. Looking back at the months gone by, making plans for the year coming and making sure to share inspiration for that all important mastery we call the art of giving. As the year winds down and the holiday season draws near, it was once again time to celebrate with a festive dinner. This gathering has become an annual tradition of ours, an opportunity to come together for a night of tantalizing food and stimulating conversation.

This year we planned the event to coincide with the one-year anniversary of our AM House Toronto, celebrating the friendships we cemented over the past year. We came together in the somewhat notorious private dining cellar of Barberian’s Steak House with a group of friends and extended family of Atelier Munro. A celebration of personal style could also be found in the attire around the long table, in the blurring lines of black tie and especially in the details. From our brand ambassadors NHL hockey player Mark Giordano and Toronto Symphony Orchestra’s CEO Mark Williams to Sportsnet host Donnovan Bennett and internationally-acclaimed director Clement Virgo (to name a few), it was a wonderful evening where by the end of the night everyone expressed the same sentiment: Atelier Munro makes you look and feel amazing.

In this issue we explore our guests’ personal tastes and preferences, dive deep into a favorite fabric of the season in velvet, and give you a beautifully curated list of gift ideas available in our stores. We explore the best restaurants around the world to organize your own intimate private dinners. From our hometown Amsterdam to our second home in Toronto. Calgary, Cincinnati, Oslo, and even perhaps the biggest devotees of the holiday season San Juan. It’s all there.

Finally, for the moment you are settled at the dining table or around the tree with friends and family, Daniel from our Amsterdam store shared his most beloved festive cocktail recipes to share with guests.
